COWGIRL MAGIC® is a brand name product developed by COWBOY MAGIC® to help RODEO QUEEN PAGEANTS raise funds thru $10 Supporting Sponsor's Donations.

Question:
What is the relationship between COWGIRL MAGIC® and RODEO QUEEN PAGEANTS?
Answer:
COWGIRL MAGIC® is to RODEO QUEEN PAGEANTS what
GIRL SCOUT COOKIES® are to the GIRL SCOUTS.

Question:
How do we use COWGIRL MAGIC® to raise funds?
Answer:
COWGIRL MAGIC® will prime the pump by donating 100 full size Pink Lady Lotions samples valued at an MSRP of $1,000 to selectively sponsored RODEO QUEEN PAGEANTS.
Pageant volunteers then exchange one lotion sample for a $10 donation to the RODEO QUEEN PAGEANT fund until the 100 Lotion are gone and $1000 is raised.

Can more COWGIRL MAGIC® Pink Lady Lotion be purchased when donations exceed supply?
Answer:
Yes, additional COWGIRL MAGIC® Lotion can be purchased by sponsored RODEO QUEEN PAGEANTS at wholesale pricing in cases of 100 ea.

Question:
Who pay's the shipping for addition Lotion purchased?
Answer:
COWBOY MAGIC® pays the shipping cost of the initial 100 full size samples of COWGIRL MAGIC® Pink Lady Lotion.

The RODEO QUEEN PAGEANT pays shipping cost for additional Lotion orders. However COWGIRL MAGIC® includes 2 additional free tubes of Lotion  in each case of 48 to help recover the pageants shipping cost of that case.

Are there other COWGIRL MAGIC® Lotions?
Answer:
Yes, COWGIRL MAGIC® Grapefruit Sage available Spring & Summer. COWGIRL MAGIC® Vanilla Bean available Fall & Winter.
COWGIRL MAGIC® Pink Lady Lotion is available year-round.

What is the difference between the Spring & Summer and the Fall & Winter COWGIRL MAGIC® donation drives?
Answer:
COWGIRL MAGIC® Spring & Summer donation drives raise funds for the Organizational Cost of the RODEO QUEEN PAGEANT and helps to pay for the RODEO QUEEN'S expenses during her reign. Fall & Winter donation drives raise funds for the RODEO QUEEN PAGEANT'S College Educational Fund.

Is there any COWGIRL MAGIC® marketing material available?
Answer:
Yes, COWBOY MAGIC® will supply the RODEO QUEEN PAGEANT with 100 COWGIRL MAGIC® SUPPORTING SPONSOR DONATION FORMS to record Supporting Sponsor $10 donation in exchange for a COWGIRL MAGIC® Lotion.

How many volunteers does it take to raise the first $1000 in $10 donations using the initial 100 tubes of COWGIRL MAGIC® Lotion donated?
Answer:
It takes 4 volunteers who each successfully recruit 24 Supporting Sponsors. Each Supporting Sponsor receives a tube of COWGIRL MAGIC® Lotion in exchange for a $10 donation there by successfully reaching the goal of the volunteers SUPPORTING SPONSOR DONATION FORM.

Who pay's State and Federal sales tax, if any are due?
Answer:
Each RODEO QUEEN PAGEANT is responsible for consulting with their legal tax advisor and paying the appropriate sales tax due, if any.

Question:
Is there an obligation to use the first $1,000 raised by using the initial 100 donated COWGIRL MAGIC® Lotion income to purchase more COWGIRL MAGIC®?
Answer:
No, there is no obligation to purchase more.

Question:
Can the other COWGIRL MAGIC® Lotion fragrances be purchased at wholesale?
Answer:
Yes, Grapefruit Sage and Vanilla Bean are available for purchase on a seasonal basis at wholesale pricing.

Question:
When we reorder additional COWGIRL MAGIC® Lotion do you except credit cards?
Answer:
Yes. Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted.

Do you except checks?
Answer:
Yes, we do except both personal and business checks. However product is not shipped until the check clears the bank.

Is there a limit to how many additional COWGIRL MAGIC® Lotions can be purchased?
Answer:
There is no limit. Each RODEO QUEEN PAGEANT sets their own Spring & Summer Organizational Fund and Fall & Winter College Educational Fund financial goals.

These goals are communicated to COWBOY MAGIC® and COWBOY MAGIC® manufactures COWGIRL MAGIC® to support the projected combined needs of the RODEO QUEEN PAGEANTS.
